Call out  DEAN L. LEDGER - Chief Executive Officer and Director

Dean L. Ledger is the Chief Executive Officer of NanoFlex Power Corporation. Mr. Ledger has served as a Director and senior executive of NanoFlex Power (through its GPEC subsidiary) since its inception and was instrumental in its founding. Mr. Ledger has significant experience in capital formation and business building as he played instrumental roles in both Universal Display Corporation (NASDAQ: OLED) and InterDigital Corporation (NASDAQ: IDCC) from their inception. From 1994 to 2012, Mr. Ledger served as Executive Vice President-Corporate Development of Universal Display Corporation. From July 1994 to January 2001, Mr. Ledger served as a member of the Board of Directors of Universal Display Corporation. From December 2001 to July 2003, Mr. Ledger served as a member of the Board of Directors of North American Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: NATK). From May 1991 until October 1992, Mr. Ledger was a consultant to the IntelCom Group. Mr. Ledger served as a consultant to InterDigital Communications Corporation from October 1989 to April 1991. Prior to October 1989, Mr. Ledger spent 12 years as a financial consultant with E.F. Hutton, Shearson Lehman Brothers and Paine Webber. He is a graduate of Colorado College (B.A., Business Administration, 1972).



Call out  J. NORMAN ALLEN - Chief Technology Officer

J. Norman Allen is the Chief Technology Officer of NanoFlex Power Corporation. Mr. Allen is also an Operating Partner of Potomac Energy Fund where he advises investors on screening startup investment opportunities and start-up companies on how to bring new energy generating and energy storage products to market. From 2007 to 2010, Mr. Allen was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Solidia Technologies. From 2006 to 2007, Mr. Allen was the President of Power Strategies, LLC where he consulted for Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers on alternative energy investments with a specific focus on advanced batteries, fuel cells, solar cells, and supercapacitors. From 2003 to 2006, Mr. Allen was the founder and Chief Operating Officer of UltraCell Inc. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Allen was the Founder, President, and Chief Operating Officer of PowerSmart Inc. From 1995 to 1997, Mr. Allen was the President of the New Products and Technology Division of Duracell Inc. Mr. Allen was on Duracell's Operating Committee and headed up all research and development and Rechargeable and Global OEM Sales, overseeing 400 people and more than $100 million in revenue. From 1984 to 1995, Mr. Allen was the Vice President of New Products and Technology at Duracell, where he had responsibility for sales and Marketing to all original equipment manufacturers in the U.S. and Japan. From 1977 to 1984, Mr. Allen was in the GM Activair Division of Gould Inc., and from 1972 to 1975, Mr. Allen was a Product Design Engineer in the Product Development Group at Ford Motor Company. Mr. Allen received his BSE in Science Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1972 and an MBA in Finance and Marketing, with Distinction Beta Gamma Sigma Honorary from the University of Michigan in 1976.



Call out  RON DAVELLA - Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Ron DaVella is Nanoflex Power’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. DaVella serves as the lead director and audit committee chairman for The Joint Corporation(TJC), a publicly-listed franchisor and operator of chiropractic clinics. He also serves on TJC’s compensation, finance and nominating and governance committees. From 2016 to 2017 Mr. DaVella served as the Chief Financial Officer of Amazing Lash Studio LLC(ALSC), a franchisor of eyelash extension studios. Mr. DaVella also owns a franchise in the ALSC network. From 1980 to 2014 Mr. DaVella held various positions at Deloitte & Touche LLP(D&T), one of the big four public accounting firms. Mr. DaVella was an audit partner with D&T from 1988 until his retirement in 2014. While at D&T Mr. DaVella assisted his clients with operational and financial controls, mergers and acquisitions, internal and external reporting, as well as a multitude of financings, IPO’s and other public offerings filed with the SEC. Mr. DaVella received his undergraduate Bachelor of Science Degree from Queens College in 1979 and his MBA in finance from Pace University in 1985.
